1. Open your browser (Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Firefox, etc)
2. Type in address bar - https://www.office.com
3. Login with your Microsoft 365 Credentials. If you do not know them please contact your IT System Administrator to have password reset.
4. Select Outlook on the left hand window pane
5. Once you are in Outlook on the web version on the top right you should see a circle icon with your Initials/photo. Select the icon
6. A small window should prompt with the following options:
-View Account
-Open another mailbox
7. Select Open another mailbox
8. The "Open another mailbox" window should open and here you will type "FMI Customer Service"
9. You should now be taken to the FMI Customer service mailbox and view the emails
